Nambawan Super opens six offices

NAMBAWAN Super has opened six new offices in Manus, Vanimo, kiunga, Mendi, Popondetta and Wewak, bringing to 16 the number of Nambawan Super branches in the country.
Nambawan Super will soon set up offices in Simbu, Enga and the Gulf provinces.
Acting managing director, Paul Yangen said: “Before the year’s end, we will seek to spread our members’ service across the country”. 
The super funds’130,000 members are spread all over the country.
“We understand that some members incur costs and face difficulties in travelling to major towns just to access our services. 
The offices offer a complete range of superannuation services like issuance of statements, processing of applications, updating of member details and attending to all general inquiries.
The Nambawan Savings and Loans Society would also be represented by these offices.
Yangen had urged members in provinces to use the super funds’ services at local branches.

There were also plans to set up service centres in convenient locations, including shopping centres in Port Moresby.
There were also plans to set up offices in (soon-to-be-created) Hela and Jiwaka provinces.
 “These are part of our desire to better serve our existing members and potential members,” Yangen said.
