Naru’s recruiting plan biased

 I APPLAUD Morobe Governor Kelly Naru’s plan to recruit reservists to patrol Lae city but recruiting only Morobeans is biased and not in the interests of all citizens who contribute to the development and growth of the city. Lae is a national city and not only for Morobeans. Many of the good citizens of Lae and other cities are against street vending, which is a contributing factor to crime and other illegal activities.  Is the governor trying to tell us that Lae is owned by Morobeans who are the only peace-loving people in the city?
