NATIONAL Superannuation Fund Limited (NASFUND) continues to conduct tours of completed properties and those still in development to keep its members, stakeholders and the public informed of the work being done
All properties that will be part of the tour are in the NCD and have been completed or construction commenced on them in the past 18 months.
NASFUND joint chief executive officer Ian Tarutia said the purpose of the tours was to give a first hand experience to the representatives of the fund’s 100 largest companies and employers of how their members funds are being invested.
He said that the tour was to complement articles of NASFUND’s property developments that have been publicised in the media and in their monthly electronic newsletter.
The tours, which began last week, entailed inspections of both residential and commercial properties.
The tour starts with a look at the current development at Cameron Road Waigani, which is 60 % owned by NASFUND.
Next stop is a detailed tour of developments at Eight-Mile and Nine-Mile. In these districts two housing estates, which comprise  44 homes, are under construction
The tour concludes with a visit to the yet to be completed Solwara Apartments and Ravalian Haus at Harbour City, the already completed ANZ Haus and the soon to be completed IPA Haus at Konedobu.
