National schools teams to represent regional confederates announced

THE National Schools Rugby League (NSRL) teams to represent all four confederates at the upcoming Coca-Cola National Schools Rugby League Championships have been named.
Papua New Guinea Rugby Football chairman Sandis Tsaka said the teams of 20 players and three officials in the Under-14, U16 and U18 boys, U18 girls divisions were selected after the recently concluded Coca-Cola Regional Schools Championships held in Kokopo (New Guinea Islands), Minj (Highlands), Lae (Northern) and Port Moresby (Southern).
“These are the best talents of boys and girls selected to represent the four confederates and we look forward to seeing them in action in Port Moresby from July 23 to July 26, 2019,” Tsaka said.
“Congratulations on your selections. You are not only representing your confederate but your families, schools and communities as well.”
Tsaka said the competition format and draws would be announced during the week.
