NCD has plenty of death traps

 NCD Governor Powes Parkop, your roads in the capital city are bad with death traps. I counted at least ten places where people could fall off footpaths and get badly injured or even killed. Why are drains, manholes or just unfinished work by the road left uncovered? Look along and opposite the Boroko Motors yard, along the footpath opposite ANZ, the open drain near Holiday Inn gym and the uncovered manholes throughout Port Moresby. One day, someone will fall into one of these holes, hire a lawyer smarter than you, sue you for his/her injuries and make you pay. Avoid the risk, governor.
