NCDABA invites fighters

THE National Capital District Commission  Sports Desk in conjunction with the NCD Amateur Boxing Association have invited interested associations and affiliated clubs to participate in this year’s NCD Governor’s Boxing Cup tournament.
Wilfred Mai from the NCD Sports Desk said the tournament would also feature the NCDABA club championships used to pick fighters to represent Team NCD at the PNG Games in November.
He said teams interested should contact him immediately or pick up the registration forms at NCD Sports Office or contact him on 3254711 ext 202.
Meanwhile, the NCD Amateur Boxing Association will hold an urgent meeting on Wednesday at Lagatoi Office from 11am to 1pm.
Spokesman for NCD Amateur Boxing Association Junior Kauko Raka urged all the clubs to send their representatives  including their coach, manager or president to attend the meeting.
Kauko said it is an important meeting and he wanted everyone present so they all knew what was going on.
