NASFUND contributors’ savings and loans society (ncsl) Mt Hagen branch in Western Highlands is determined to get more members to join the society as it continues the Poro Tumas Campaign.
Electronic banking support officer Rannal Earl Laka and member service officer Serah Peter upon invitation by National Agricultural Research Institute and National Superannuation Fund Ltd, carried out a presentation on ncsl’s products and services which was well received by 41 councillors from Tambul-Nebilyer local level government on Aug 12.
“The sessions drew interest from many resulting in 10 new members from Nari joining the society while the councillors are going through the registration process,” NCSL said.
The awareness is part of the society’s Poro Tumas Campaign to register 30,000 new members in 2021.
