THE Nasfund Contributor Savings and Loan Society has urged registered employers to consider Nascare for their employees, as a comprehensive health and life cover.
Chief executive officer Vari Lahui welcomed employers Pacific Energy Aviation with 27 employees, and MJ Electrical with eight staff, both based in Port Moresby, who wanted Nascare for their employees.
Lahui said the society had an officer attending to all Nascare matters from general queries to registration, cover payments and medical and life reimbursements.
“Scheduled sessions provide the opportunity to educate staff on the different plans available as well as the benefits, apart from answering queries that they may have,” he said.
“Awareness sessions are informative to let interested employers and staff know about the three different types of cover plans – single, couple and family plans – and advice on how to pay premiums, make claims as well as the benefits of each plan.”
Nascare is a medical and life insurance scheme that provides medical, dental, optical, pharmaceutical, hospital and death benefits for insured members, spouse, children and parents living in Papua New Guinea.
