Netball for partnerships

PARTNERSHIP among organisations is very important whether it is corporate or development, says PNG Netball Federation president Julienne Leka- Maliaki.

 She said Netball PNG could not work in isolation; it needed to partner with strategic partners depending on the nature of its organisation, structures or product.

“The support by WaterAid PNG has been fantastic and very timely and we are very keen to go into partnership with them because we can see a lot of potential opportunities for both organisations towards achieving our joint goals.

“The governance workshop that we had is a good one which brings all our presidents to talk about the issue of best practices on managing their organisations, and our strategic plans and the directions of PNG netball into the future,” Leka-Maliaki said.
