New board for hospital

THE Popondetta General Hospital has sworn-in nine new board members.
Most of the board is made up of new faces, while those retained from the former board are chairman and local community representative Cecil Siembo, Copland Ihove as representative for health matters and Albert Farapo, representing the urban community.
The two female members are Olga Reyers and Aliet Kitofu, who represent the business community and local (women) community respectively.
Pr Leonard Sumatau is the new church representative, while Billy Baraso represents hospital staff.
