New recruits shine in the rain

I WOULD like to congratulate the police recruits who passed out from the Police College last Friday.
The parade was outstanding despite the heavy rain as the recruits stood their ground and displayed outstanding drills.
I would also like to congratulate PC Wamiang for being the overall dux, PC Kassman, PC Gigi and PC Rali for being dux of their respective squads.
