  • The NDOE and the NATTB have failed to have a data base of all those formally qualified tradesman via formal apprenticeship. Now the department must totally improve the TVET division by recruiting formally qualified tradesman to train them as teachers. Replace all so called TVET teachers around the country as most of them are junks from the streets claiming to be teachers with no merits at all. Please recruit from the private sector and train them. That way the system will be improved.
