New vehicle a boost for netball

 PAPUA New Guinea Netball will  go on the road in a new vehicle donated by Pacific MMI Insurance on Monday at the Rita Flynn Netball courts.

PMMI Insurance has helped PNG Netball as the sport moves towards setting up an office and recruiting staff to undertake all netball activities in the country.

President Julienne Leka-Maliaki said the vehicle would help towards its administrative operations and the running of technical programmes  and coaching clinics.

Pacific MMI Insurance is the na­ming rights sponsor of the PNG Pepes, with the company supporting PNG Netball since 2006.

“PNG Netball is thankful for the continued support by PMMI Insurance to the Pepes but this time has extended that support through the donation of this vehicle,” she said.
