WEWAK district administrator Ricky Wobar has urged the caretaker manager of the Turubu local level government to serve the administration, councillors and people of the 21 council ward.

At the handover of the administrative function by manager Willie Narin to project officer Joseph Nimbau, Wobar said Narin would be on

three-month leave.

Turubu president David Kausik thanked Wobar for appointing a caretaker officer to man the office.

“I am grateful of Narin’s contribution in office. We are completing the ward development plan, the LLG elections are coming up and I praise Wobar for having Nimbau to stand-in,” he said.
