No assistance from officers

 THE contributors would like to bring this matter to the notice of the board of directors regarding the slackness of officers working for the police and state savings and loan society.  

We have been ringing the main land line and we have been following the voicemail’s instructions, however, there seems to be nobody working in the office.

We have persistently been trying to get in touch with the loan officers but with no success.  

Are there people working in the office?

Can someone answer our calls and assist us?

We all want to know the latest updates on our statements and any other queries.
