No end to booze, tobacco, buai

THREE products in PNG that will never lose demand are alcohol, tobacco and betel nut. If the government thinks it can discourage people from consuming these potentially harmful items, it must think again. Even if the price goes up, the demand will remain the same and people will pay any price to drink, smoke and chew. It is a losing battle. The only option for the government is to set policies to control its consumption.
