No payment from the Works dept

I, AND other residents along the Highlands Highway, have missed out on payment from the Department of Works, or from its consultant Wera Mori.
When will the corridor actually be widened?
On what basis will Mori value the houses?
When will we see the sophisticated high-tech system and how can it miss out on so many houses within the 20m corridor?
And how can the consultant buy himself vehicles when my livelihood has been affected since being omitted from recei­ving payment?
