No response from NDB

 THE Stret Pasin Stoa scheme launched by the government sounded helpful. 

It seemed as if anybody can apply and get funds as long as he or she meet the requirements and is guided by policies set by NDB.

However, to date nothing is forthcoming and there is no response made to 4000 applications to the NDB.

What will NDB do with that K130 million allocated by the government?

If NDB does not know how to issue this money, then this programme should be scraped and fund diverted to other sectors of economy for good use.
