No signs of projects Hickey boasted of

 I REFER to the statements made  by  the Bogia MP that the JDPBPC had built 17 aid posts, provided K10 million for road maintenance and so on (The National, Feb 10). 

The Bogia people are not that stupid to believe this as there is hardly any evidence of such projects. 

Bogia station is covered in bush, public servants’ houses are run down, the administration building looks dead, the health centre  is beyond recognition, all feeder roads are in the worst condition and people have to walk long distances or wait for days to catch PMVs to Madang. 

John Hickey and his JDPBPC must come out clear to the public in Holamba to explain and justify their statements and figures.
