No to pipe water project

 SOUTHERN Highlands province is the host of some  of  the  big time oil and gas projects at Kutubu, Moran and Gobe and yet the members are pushing for another project. 

Think  through Southern Highlanders.

What miraculous change would the water project  have  when  existing projects fail to deliver?  

The rivers and waters of the province are for Southern Highlanders and nobody owns it. 

The members must come out clear on the benefits and consequences of the project. 

Otherwise, let go off the deal or hand over the project to another province that has enought rivers and water.
