No toilets at Ela Beach

THE new Ela Beach is in its final construction stages and everything is now coming together with trees, car parks, paved footpaths, benches, sandy beaches, etc, getting the finishing touches.
The finished design is finally being revealed and it is appreciated by the public.
However, there appears to be no public toilets and showers which are essential facilities in such public amenities.
Are these still to be built?
