No water in Kwikila for months

 PUBLIC servants, their families, schoolchildren and sick patients are suffering in Kwikila because there has been no water supply for six months. What have the Rigo Central locl level government, the district administrator and the MP, Ano Pala, been doing? When can residents of Kwikila get water? Water is a neccessity so it ought to be the number one priority.  The people of Kwikila are suffering unnecessarily.
