Noise pollution

As a resident of Kamkumung, it is nerve wreaking to be continuously disturbed by the loud music and drunkards at a nearby club.
The club is situated within the residential area and is operational seven days a week from 6pm- 6am.
It is very disturbing and annoying to the surrounding communities and even the surrounding churches, which I believe has caused inconveniences to the churches programmes during the week.
I would like to appeal on behalf of the residents of Kamkumung, Omili and Awagasi to the respective authorities to intervene and address this issue.
Such businesses should operate in a sound proof facility to reduce noise pollution to the residents and communities.
If they cannot build a sound proof facility, then they should reduce the sound of their noise to the limit of their vicinity.
