Noisy cops keep constables awake

THE new police barracks at Waigani towards Morata is becoming another 5-Mile white house for some few constable officers.
It should be a residential block where constables should rest peacefully after long hours at work.
Instead, some constables have lined their cars beside the iron fence, turn the volume up their car stereo and consume alcohol in full view of the public.
They are disturbing the hard-working constables who want to rest and sleep peacefully.
