Noisy neighbours

THE authorities, especially in Port Moresby, need to step up and take action against landlords and tenants who allow music to boom from their premises after 10pm.
We have been experiencing music and drunks singing right into the early hours of the morning.
If the neighbour raises the matter, abuses are hurled at them.
Whatever happened to being called an educated elite?
If you claim to be one, then you will know that you have neighbours and your area does not have a soundproof wall.
Some neighbours really need to start acting their age and stop letting alcohol do the talking.
