Not all UPNG male students are bad

Letters

THE recent reports of harassment of female students at the University of Papua New Guinea (UPNG) had sent a bad impression to the nation about the male students’ attitude and conduct.
Unfortunately, not all UPNG male students are bad.
It was the actions of a few that drew the nation’s attention through the media.
UPNG male students are future leaders of our nation.
Remember, not all of them are bad.
UPNG has produced prime ministers of our nation.
The harassment incident is bad.
It is becoming a concern that female’s safety should be the central focus of the university’s council.
I believe UPNG has a code of conduct and students need to abide by it.
It is becoming subject of debate nationwide and there has to be a fair judgment.
I believe violence against male and female occur for a reason.
Times are changing and we cannot eradicate sin.
There is no such thing as violence eradication, violence will only be prevented and reduced.
