Not enough data to match workload

Letters

THE number of students enrolled at the University of PNG has increased compared to the number of computers available.
I have seen that the school has two labs.
The other lab is not working at the moment.
The only working lab has approximately 200 computers which is fewer than the number of users (student).
Those who get there first go beyond the time limits set, resulting in most student missing out.
This has led to poor performance and late submissions of assignments.
Not all the student are not from wealthy families and can afford their own computers.
We rely on the resource that the school provides.
In regard to that, the school administration need to let us have access to free WiFi.
They only give us 100 megabytes each day.
Some of us were not able to get enough information for our assignments because of the limited internet data allowance.
What is happening?
This is the premier university of the Pacific?
Are we meeting the standard?
