I AM unhappy with the non-delivery of basic servi­ces in Nipa-Kutubu.
National Planning Minister Sam Basil mentioned something about rural markets in the electorate.
So where are they?
Rather than markets, I call on the Nipa-Kutubu MP to look into the constant road blocks along the Nipa-Poroma portion of the Highlands Highway and the deteriorating conditions of our health and education services, law and order, etc.
