Nothing new in Gulf

I HAVE been an observer since 1992 and I have not seen any change in the way Gulf is administered.
First of all, where is the Gulf administration office? Is it in Kerema or is it in Port Moresby?
Where will the Gulf rural people and the leaders go? To Kerema or Port Moresby? Stop travelling to Port Moresby. Gulf is spending too much money on rentals and lodge and hotel accommodation there.
