Nuku needs answers today not next week
The National, Thursday July 24th, 2014
t is a very frustrating as we keep on getting calls from Nuku MP (Joe Sungi) about issue/development in the district and his favourite response is “Next Week”.
And it is hard to get in-touch with him or get access to his office as his occupying the public office.
We the people of Nuku are not sure who is the MP representing the people of Nuku, Joe Siungi or Asunta Sungi?
All decision is made in the bedroom/house for the district before coming to the office and stop isolating yourself and start delivering as your days are counting down for the next election.
The roads are getting bad to worse and Nuku his now thrown to pigs as currently determined by the current road condition.
Why are we the people of Nuku using manpower to carry cocoa when the MP claim that he has connect 84 wards in the electorate?
Sungi needs to go back to his tribesman (Namblo) and sort out issues because they are blocking road and planting sago in the big potholes right in the middle of the road and dug a big drain across the road.
Nuku/Yankok is not that hard to deliver the basic services but you have failed your part.
Nuku is lacking vital government services such as health, education, agriculture and infrastructure.
We would request the relevant authorities to investigate the fund acquittals for Nuku.
This audit will make sure the public money allocated to Nuku is used to develop the district and not for personal interest and not to use funding’s for the electorate as boomerang type of funding.
