NYC staff get new uniforms

NATIONAL Youth Commission (NYC) staff were dressed in their new look working uniforms yesterday at the end of the year Christmas function in Port Moresby.
According to the NYC staff, the new uniforms, which will be worn starting next year, was an incentive to the staff to take pride in the work they are doing in the country.
The new uniforms fittingly boost the image of NYC at the end of the year office function at the department’s boardroom.
National Youth Commissioner Johnson Hebe commended his staff for the good job they had done this year and with the new uniforms, it would definitely boost the moral of the staff to work extra hard next year.
“It is through the hard work and efforts of you all staff that we have had a successful operations this year and urged you all to continue the good job next year as we work towards Government’s goals and directives as the department looks to improve youths in the country,” Mr Hebe said.
The function for the staff also saw the NYC buying Christmas gifts and food items for every staff  yesterday.
Mr Hebe told his staff to enjoy their Christmas and New Year celebration in good spirit and reflect on the real meaning of Christmas.
