O’Neill welcomes GE execs

 PRIME Minister Peter O’Neill (pictured) yesterday met with the president and chief executive officer of the General Electric Australia, New Zealand and Papua New Guinea Steve Sargent.
Welcoming Sargent and his delegation, O’Neill thanked GE’s contribution to the PNG economy.
He said that the government recognises GE’s association with the country date back 60 years and most recently its support towards the PNG LNG project.
GE specialises in power, water, healthcare, oil and gas, energy management, lighting appliances and transportation.
In PNG, GE is supporting the PNG LNG project.
