OBE is more student-centred

THE letter “OBE not effective” (The National, Oct 20) does not constitute the essence of learning.
OBE is nothing new. It is basically shifting from a teacher-centred classroom to a student-centred classroom.
Teaching is an art. As educators,
you will find teaching in an actual classroom is totally different from what you undergo during teacher training.
It is a teacher’s job to adapt, improvise and make learning fun.
What is evident is the government will not be able to fulfil its promises to schools and students.
