Off your mobiles

Papua New Guineans are now embracing the benefits of technology.

Mobile phone is one of them.

I believe many people, especially those who are dealing with customers, are not aware of the anger, resentment and frustration they caused.

I suggest companies make it a rule that all those in the frontline switch off their mobile phones or put them in silent mode when they are working.

They can talk once they have served the customers or when there is a lull in business.
