Officials fail inquiry team

 THE commission inquiring into the Review of the Organic Law on Provincial and Local Level Governments is disappointed with Western Highlands.

Team leader and senior lawyer with the Constitutional and Law Reform Commission Dorothy Kesenga said senior public servants listed to appear before the inquiry failed to do so last week.

Kesenga said the chance given to public servants who were in the province to help design and shape the future of the country with workable laws had failed.

“It is a shame,” she said.
