 WHY is Koiari LLG president Ogi David fooling his people by publishing commitments in The National?

On Feb 14, he committed K50,000 to churches, which is one-tenth of the national government grants. 

But until now I understand none of it has reached the churches. 

He also committed K13.5 million for electricity for Koiari villagers, but will this come true? 

I think these are false figures to attract attention. In reality, nothing is hap-

pening for the people at Koiari.
