Only time will tell

Letters

I AM most disturbed and even angry every time I hear either Peter O’Neill or his cohorts saying that people had chosen him – O’Neill’s Peoples National Congress Party (PNCP) in the 2017 national election to lead this country as the prime minister.
The truth is that the voters did not freely exercise their constitutional rights with a free conscience to vote for their choice of leaders.
Even after candidates won and became MPs-elect, independents and even party-endorsed MP select joined the O’Neill-led camp in Alotau.
Many or all of these individuals campaigned bitterly against O’Neill and his PNC Party.
Living human beings dealt with the funds and stories abound of what happened in Alotau.
But only time will tell on the sources of the findings.
