OSL mourns death of journalist

OIL Search Ltd is deeply saddened by the death of Papua New Guinea journalistYehiura Hriehwazi.
Hriehwazi was employed by Oil Search as a public relations consultant for nearly four months in 2010 (Aug 23 to Dec 1, 2010).
During that short period,   Hriehwazi applied his intellect and professionalism to writing exceptional stories about the resources business.
“The work displayed his typical dedication and talent as a great PNG journalist,” Oil Search managing director Peter Botten said from Sydney yesterday.
“On behalf of the management and staff of Oil Search, I offer my deepest condolences to the wife, children, relatives and friends of the late Yehiura.”
Hriehwazi was held in high esteem by the management and particularly the Public Affairs Unit of Oil Search and his professionalism and modest character “will be greatly missed by all those who knew him”.
