Our lifestyle is killing us

I HAVE seen ‘big’ people holding positions in high offices dying of stroke, heart  attack and other related diseases.

What we eat is the cause we will have to blame.

If  we eat too much protein we will not live long.

If we eat too much sweets or store foods, they will  kill  us  sooner  than  later too.

If we smoke a lot it will kill us, if we consume a lot of alcohol, it  will kill us  and the list goes on.

The people with big belly must watch out.

You are inviting diabetes and heart attack and  I am talking from experience.

Young qualified people are  dying  from lifestyle sickness.
