MORE than 250 children who attend three oratory centres in Port Moresby came together to close up the year at Nebiri village on the outskirts of Port Moresby on Sunday.
The Catholic Bishops Conference said the centres were organised and facilitated by the aspirants of Savio Haus Bomana, with coordinator Catholic Brother Peter Khai.
The centres are located at Bomana, Keto and Nebiri.
The day began with a mass in St Patrick’s Chapel, of Nebiri, with Fr Dominic Kachira as the celebrant.
“Multiply your good work as we move through the season of advent and prepare ourselves for Christmas,” Fr Dominic said.
The children were divided into four teams for fun games, including bouncy castle and volleyball.
The main event was the entertainment from each centre.
