Over hundred people attend seminar

AROUND 108 participants attended the three day ‘Life in the Spirit’ seminar that was held at the St Francis Church in 9-Mile, Port Moresby.
The seminar was a religious source of learning information in the church facilitated by Catholic Evangelist Brother Alejandro Auguspina.
Participants travelled as far as Brown river and 14-Mile outside of Port Moresby to attend.
Alejando said that the seminar’s main focus was to promote Christian values.
“It is to enable participants to have a renewed sense of Christian faith and spirit in persons by way of preserving and protecting their spiritual culture, identity and building a legacy for the future generation,” he said.
A participant said the seminar had showed him a new Christian direction, and he now knew where he wanted to go as predestined by God.
The seminar focuses on the purpose of man, Christianity, Christian attitude, experiencing God’s gifts, and baptism in the Holy Spirit and Christian growth.
