OVERHAUL the PNG Defence Force and the police hierarchy if they cannot command or control the behaviour of their men.
The issue with the two soliders at the medical school is a personal matter and does not need intervention from the whole battalion.
Why did the special services division in Manus beat up the helpless young man who is defenceless against a group of rogue policemen?
