Overstepping boundaries

Letters

CLEARLY, the police are out of their depth and jurisdiction when it comes to fake goods, copy right issues and expired goods.
The Royal Papua New Guinea Constabulary (RPNGC) has no legal purpose or reason to be in any shop whether it is owned by Asians or others.
This is a Health Department, customs and copy right infringement issue.
Unless the police have been advised there has been an offence committed under the Summary Offences Act or the criminal code.
They have no right to be riffling through business houses and their stock.
This is harassment and an abuse of process.
Once again, we witness the police getting themselves into matters which are clearly out of their legal boundaries.
