THE Arafura Games Planning Committee (APC) will host its first meeting for the 2013 Arafura Games at the PNG Sports Foundation board room tomorrow.
Chairman of the APC-PNG committee Thomas Kahai reminded all sporting codes to bring in their Expression of Interest Forms (EOIs) which were handed out last month.
He said the meeting was for team managers to get the information needed from the planning committee for their preparations in the coming months.
The areas of concern for the team sports are accommodation, airline travel, passport processing and confirmation of team lists for accreditation.
These were the main concerns for the APC.
In total 23 sports will be played at 2013 Arafura Games. PNG will be competing in 17 of the sporting codes.
The Arafura Games will run from May 11-18 in Darwin, Northern Territory, Australia next year.
