DULUXGROUP PNG’s partnership with the National Superannuation Fund (Nasfund) is a milestone achievement for the company, DuluxGroup human resources manager Andrew Top says.
“We have been operating in Papua New Guinea for more than 50 years and due to the coronavirus, we needed to think out of the box on how to protect and provide convenience to our employees,” Top said.
“That is why we are bringing the online Nasfund and Nasfund Contributors Savings and Loan Society (NCSL) portal service to our employees who are our biggest asset.
“We also want to show them that we care.”
Topo spoke at the launching of the Nasfund internet booth in the company head-office in Lae on Wednesday.
“We will have one work station in the Port Moresby site and two work stations here for our employees to have access to computers and laptops for Nasfund online services,” he said.
“This is something that we would like to add value to our employees.
“When they leave the company, this is what they would take back to their family.
“We are really excited and our next phase project is to launch similar platform services, the Bank South Pacific (BSP) online banking called ‘One stop service’, Westpac and Kina Bank online banking.”
