Pass mark change a concern

I AM a parent who is very concerned about the PNG Government, especially the Office of Higher Education, adjusting the PNG University of Technology HECAS pass mark from 65% to 68% GPA .  This was done without the knowledge of students and may be the Unitech admissions office too. Many students were shocked when they saw the HECAS Continuing Students’ List for 2016 without their names. I would like to ask the Prime Minister that he must intervene and allow the GPA pass mark to remain at 65% for HECAS at Unitech. I am already feeling that there will be disruption in classes this year if nothing is done .
