Pay fees on time

I WOULD like to express my concern to the Prime Minister James Marape and the Education Minister Jimmy Uguro regarding the Government Tuition Fee Subsidy (GTFS) and Tuition Fee Free (TFF) policies.
From last year’s experiences, GTFS was not released on time and in full components as promised.
Schools throughout the nation have received only the first quarter payments in four batches that was intended for Terms one and two.
For Terms three and four (second quarter), GTFS was not disbursed to all the schools.
I am querying if the Government will pay last year’s second quarter component?
Please release the GTFS on time this year before resumption on Jan 25.
