Pay service providers in Popondetta

I VISIT the Popondetta education office often to check on my child’s acceptance letter and I came across groups and individuals who have been following on their claims since last year for providing services to the education office.
They expressed their frustrations on how their claims were not considered.
Some believed that the claims were missing or misplaced.
I think staff in the finance and administration sections need to be replaced with qualified young and energetic men and women who are capable of handling such matters and queries through fast and appropriate ways of handling invoices and claims of service providers.
The staff tell the service providers “Evito” commonly used in Northern to mean ‘come tomorrow’.
Such practices need to be stopped.
I want the provincial education adviser to check his officers’ qualifications and address this issue.
