I NOTE with interest the constant demands for water supply and other utilities to be connected in the settlement areas.
First of all, none of these settlement residents pay land tax, water bill and or rates of any kind.
Many connect such utility services illegally.
As a taxpayer, I would like to say that the people in the settlements have zero legal basis to demand water supply and other utilities to their home.
You are illegally squatting and the city taxpayers are sick and tired of paying or subsidising your free utilities.
I am keen to join in a class action lawsuit against NCD who legitimises these settlements by connecting water and other free utilities which taxpayers are subsidising.

    I believe you have a long way behind to reality, in fact most settlement dwellers this days are working class people who pay tax have built permanent and semi-permanent house from their own pocket, and we’re looking forward to what you have just spoken about which the government has prolonged to utilize in most urban centres, what utter nonsense about being taxed vs no physical services,
