People living in danger

Letters

PEOPLE living in more danger, just close to PNG’s largest copper mine in Western.
Fifty per cent of Tabubil township live on the other side of Ok Tedi River where there is no proper bridge. These people are suffering from store goods.
Some people cross the river using rubber tubes to look for store goods. When it collides with dirty stuff from the mine, most of them get injured or die. We appeal to the Western MPs to rebuild the Ok Tedi Bridge.
Enough of suffering for almost 20 years.
